Website revamp for B2B SaaS and tech

Most revamps disappoint because the real problem sits above the website. We find where yours is first, then rebuild on the platform that fits your stage.

The Revamp Test: position, message, plan, platform and build checked before a website revamp
Trusted by 150+ B2B teams globally.

The Revamp Test: five layers we check first

A website revamp rebuilds a site's structure, message and design around where the company is now. Before we scope one, we test five layers. A revamp fixes the plan, the platform and the build. It can carry a clear position and message, but it can't invent them, so we tell you up front if that's where the problem is.
Position

Is it clear who you're for and which category you compete in?

Message

Can a visitor tell what the product does, and why it's different, within seconds?

Plan

Does the sitemap follow how your buyers decide, page by page?

Platform

Is your current platform right for your team, or slowing it down?

Build

Is the site fast, editable, accessible and set up to be found in search?

When is a website revamp the wrong answer?

When the problem sits above the website. If you can't agree on who you sell to, or your team explains the product three different ways, a redesign will make an unclear message look nicer and convert about the same. The Website Fit Review tells you which case you're in before you spend on a rebuild.

More than a build, if you want it.

Development is often the start. The same team can design, migrate, maintain, and grow your site too.

Questions, answered

How much does a website revamp cost?

Most B2B revamps run $20,000 to $40,000 over about three months. If you only need a focused launch site of 1 to 3 pages, that starts at $5,000. The Website Fit Review is free.

What is the Website Fit Review?

A free review of your site across five layers: position, message, plan, platform and build. You get a clear view of which layers a revamp will fix, and which it won't.

What's the difference between a revamp and a redesign?

A redesign changes how the site looks. A revamp rebuilds what the site says and how it's structured, then designs around that. If only the visuals are dated, a redesign may be all you need.

How long does a website revamp take?

About three months for most B2B sites, from the Fit Review to launch. We confirm the timeline once scope is agreed.

Do we have to stay on our current platform?

No. We revamp on Webflow, Framer, or a custom stack such as Astro with Sanity, and recommend the one that fits your team and stage.

Will a revamp hurt our SEO?

Not when it's done properly. Every URL gets a redirect, metadata carries over, and we check rankings before and after launch.

What if our messaging is the problem?

We'll show you where it breaks down on the site, and build every page around a clear message once you have one. If the positioning itself is unsettled, we'll say so before you commit to a rebuild.
