Thrive gives employers a support benefit that covers the parts of life traditional benefits miss  behavioral health, family, money, everyday practicalities backed by licensed professionals and guided referrals. The human side of that already worked. What was missing was the digital layer: somewhere a member could get an answer at 2am without booking a call. We designed and built it, along with the admin panel Thrive's team uses to keep it current.
